SHIPPING POLICY — African Dazzle Boutique

1. Order processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an email when your order is processed and ships.

 

2. Shipping time & delivery estimates

• Contiguous United States: Standard Shipping 2–5 business days.

• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: delivery times may be longer; estimated at checkout.

• International: 7-15 business days.

• Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Fees

• Contiguous United States: Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.

• Contiguous United States orders under $35, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected items.

4. Order tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

• International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping charges.

6. Delays & lost packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

• If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist with filing claims and locating the shipment.

7. Incorrect shipping address

• Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If you notice an address error, contact us immediately; but note that changes cannot be made after shipment.

 

8. Failed delivery / returned orders

• If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the return and re-shipping fees.
